We reserve the right to remove any shared deck that violates these guidelines without notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

User Content

You retain ownership of all flashcards and study materials you create. When importing content from external sources (Anki decks, CSV files), you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use that content.

Content you submit to AI features (topics, images, card text) is processed by Google Gemini API according to their terms. We do not store or access your content on our servers — except for decks you explicitly choose to share with the community.
